"Who Left You"?
I John 2:19 "They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us."
God works in seasons. He doesn't use time like you use time. Sometimes people leave you and you are not ready for them to go, but God is. The "season" for them to be in your life is over.
Anything or anyone that is needed to get you to what God has for you, HE will put in place. Even if they left prematurely, HE has already factored that into the plan. So, if they are still living, he can send them back again. But if not, HE can send someone else. Trust that HE knows who needs to be there.
So the question no longer becomes "who left you?", but "why do you still care"? The fact that you still hold on shows that their leaving says something to you. How does it make you feel? What does it say to you? Why do you still care? Answer these questions and you will begin to find closure. What do you think?
